• The IP address your computer is currently assigned must belong to the range of IP addresses that was given to us by the individual(s) who set up your CountryWatch account.
• If you receive this message (The IP address (xx.xxx.xxx.xx) does not exist in our records.), the xx (ie. 33.223.34.222) is the IP address that is being used by your computer to access the internet. It may be helpful to provide this IP address to the individual(s) who oversee the administration of these resources at your location.
• Ensure internet browser cookie settings are set correctly and cookies from the CountryWatch.com domain are not being blocked.
  • Help with enabling cookies
  • Additional Internet Explorer cookie information
• Ensure the clock on your computer is set to the correct date.
